We offer a 7-day return policy for our mechanical keyboards and accessories to ensure you are completely satisfied with your typing experience. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and cables included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse inspections the device for any damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
